At Holy Grip, we aim to provide our customers worldwide with reliable and timely delivery. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped with Swiss Post, DHL, or other trusted carriers, depending on the destination.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before being shipped.
  • For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time may be 4–8 weeks, depending on production and logistics. The expected shipping date will be stated on the product page.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all products will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Switzerland & Germany): 5–7 business days
  • European Union countries: 7–14 business days
  • Other European countries (non-EU): 14–21 business days
  • International (North & South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania): 21–37 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the order size.
  • Final charges will be displayed before payment.

Customs & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or import fees in the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
  • Holy Grip is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info.holygrip@gmail.com.
  • While we are not liable for issues caused by carriers, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
